By accessing or using Pawspectra (“the Service”) at pawspectra.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Pawspectra is a pet health management platform that allows pet owners to:

• Create and manage digital pet profiles
• Track vaccination records and schedules
• Log health records, vet visits, weight history, and medical events
• Generate digital health passports for travel and vet visits
• Access AI-powered health insights and risk assessments
• Receive vaccination reminders and health alerts
• Communicate with an AI assistant for pet health guidance

Pawspectra is a general-purpose record-keeping and information tool. It is not a veterinary service and does not replace professional veterinary care.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach at leopeogames@gmail.com
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

You are responsible for all content you upload or submit through the Service, including pet photos, health notes, and support messages. You warrant that you have the right to share such content.

Pawspectra offers the following subscription tiers:

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

Paid subscription features are currently in development and will be processed through a secure third-party payment provider. When payment features are activated:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Payments are processed in AED (UAE Dirham)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy (see Section 13)
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

You agree not to use Pawspectra to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service through automated means without our written consent
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent, except as provided by your subscription plan
• Harass, abuse, or harm any other user or member of our support team

Pawspectra includes AI-powered features such as health score assessments, risk analysis, weekly digests, and an AI chat assistant. These features are powered by Anthropic's Claude API.

Important: AI-generated content in Pawspectra is for informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary advice. AI features are not a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or care.

Always consult a qualified, licensed veterinarian for any health concerns about your pet. Never delay seeking veterinary advice based on information provided by Pawspectra's AI features.

Pawspectra and Leo Joseph Peo accept no liability for actions taken or not taken based on AI-generated health assessments or suggestions.

The Pawspectra brand, logo, application design, code, and all original content on the platform are the intellectual property of Leo Joseph Peo and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service (pet data, photos, health records). By submitting content, you grant Pawspectra a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting us at leopeogames@gmail.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Sections 7, 8, 10, and 11 of these Terms shall survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pawspectra and Leo Joseph Peo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Actions or inactions based on AI-generated health advice or risk assessments
• Service interruptions, errors, or outages

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AED 100 if you have not made any payment.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the UAE.

Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at leopeogames@gmail.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally.

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal by contacting leopeogames@gmail.com. Refunds are granted at our discretion and will not be issued for partial months of service.

Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to violations of these Terms.
