Welcome to Pawspectra (“we”, “our”, or “us”). Pawspectra is a pet health management application operated by Leo Joseph Peo, based in the United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at pawspectra.app (the “Service”).

By accessing or using Pawspectra, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of this policy, please do not use our Service.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your Google profile email and name.

Pet Profile Data

Information you provide about your pets, including name, species, breed, date of birth, weight, gender, color, microchip ID, and profile photos.

Health Records

Vaccination records (vaccine name, date administered, next due date, clinic name, batch number), health records, vet visit notes, weight logs, and any other health-related data you enter into the app.

Usage Data

We may collect information about how you use our Service, including pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns, to improve the application.

Support Communications

If you contact our support team, we retain the content of those communications to resolve your requests.

• Providing the Service: To create and manage your account, store your pet health records, send vaccination reminders, and generate health passports.
• AI Features: Pet health data may be sent to Anthropic's Claude API to power AI-generated health insights, risk assessments, weekly digests, and the in-app AI assistant. Data sent to the AI is used only to generate your response and is not stored by us for AI training.
• Improving the App: Aggregated, anonymized usage patterns help us improve features and fix bugs.
• Communication: To send important service updates, security notices, and (with your consent) product announcements.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws in the UAE and other jurisdictions where required.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data — including your pet profiles, health records, vaccination history, and uploaded photos — will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your deletion request.

Support ticket records may be retained for up to 12 months for quality assurance purposes, after which they are deleted.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: You can view all your data within the app at any time.
• Correction: You can update or correct your data through the app settings.
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete Account, or by submitting a request at our Data Deletion page.
• Portability: You may request an export of your data by contacting us at leopeogames@gmail.com.
• Objection: You may object to certain processing activities by contacting us.

Pawspectra is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it. If you believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at leopeogames@gmail.com.

Pawspectra uses essential session cookies provided by Supabase for authentication purposes. These cookies are strictly necessary to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication via Supabase, and row-level security policies on our database to ensure users can only access their own data.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify active users via email for significant changes. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
