Data Deletion Request
We respect your right to delete your personal data. This page explains what data we store about you and the options available to request its deletion.
What data does Pawspectra store?
Account Information
Your email address, authentication tokens, and profile settings.
Pet Profiles
Pet names, species, breed, date of birth, weight, photos, microchip ID, and notes.
Vaccination Records
Vaccine names, dates, next due dates, clinic names, and batch numbers.
Health Records
Vet visit notes, health events, weight logs, and other medical records you have entered.
Photos
Pet profile photos uploaded to our storage.
Support Tickets
Messages you have sent to our support team.
Option 1: Delete from within the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the app. This is available to any signed-in user.
Option 2: Submit a deletion request
If you cannot access your account, submit a request below. We will process your deletion within 30 days and send a confirmation email when complete.
What happens after you request deletion:
Your account is flagged for deletion and you are signed out.
All pet profiles, health records, vaccinations, and photos are permanently deleted from our database.
All backups and cached data are purged. Support ticket history may be retained for up to 90 days for audit purposes, then deleted.
You will receive an email confirming your data has been fully deleted.
