Yes! Pawspectra has a generous free plan that lets you manage up to 3 pets, track 10 vaccinations per pet, store 20 health records, and use 5 AI chat messages per day. For unlimited access, our Pro plan is available at AED 29/month.

After signing in, click the "+ Add Pet" button on your dashboard or navigate to My Pets. You'll be guided through entering your pet's name, species, breed, date of birth, and other optional details like weight and microchip ID. You can also upload a profile photo.

Pawspectra supports dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish, reptiles, and other pet types. Detailed vaccination schedule recommendations and health scoring are currently optimized for dogs and cats, with broader species support coming soon.

Navigate to a pet's profile or the Vaccinations page and click "Add Vaccination". Enter the vaccine name, date administered, next due date, clinic name, and batch number. Pawspectra will automatically remind you when vaccinations are coming due and show overdue alerts on your dashboard.

A Health Passport is a digital summary of your pet's vaccinations, health records, and identification details — formatted like an official document that you can share with vets, groomers, boarding facilities, or airlines. It shows all key health information at a glance. Pro users can export it as a PDF.

No. AI health features in Pawspectra (including health scores, risk assessments, and the AI chat assistant) are powered by Anthropic's Claude AI and are for informational purposes only. They are not veterinary advice and do not replace a qualified, licensed veterinarian. Always consult a vet for medical decisions about your pet.

Our AI risk assessments analyze your pet's vaccination history, health records, age, and species to provide a general wellness overview. While we strive to make these assessments helpful, they are based on the data you enter and general patterns — not a clinical examination. Use them as a guide, not a diagnosis. Your vet's assessment is always more reliable.

You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your pet profiles, health records, vaccination history, photos, and account information within 30 days. Alternatively, you can submit a deletion request on our Data Deletion page. This action cannot be undone.

Yes. Your data is stored securely on Supabase's encrypted, SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure. We use row-level security so your data is only accessible by you. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Pro and Business subscribers can export their pet's Health Passport as a PDF. Full data export (all records in CSV/JSON format) can be requested by contacting us at leopeogames@gmail.com. We will send your complete data export within 7 business days.

Go to Settings → Account to update your email address or change your password. If you signed in with Google, your email is managed by your Google account. For any account access issues, contact us at leopeogames@gmail.com.

The free plan includes: up to 3 pet profiles, 10 vaccinations per pet, 20 health records, 5 AI chat messages per day, basic health passport viewing, and all core tracking features. It's completely free with no credit card required.

Paid subscription features are currently in development. When available, you'll be able to upgrade from Settings → Subscription. We'll notify all users when Pro plans become available. Follow us or check back at pawspectra.app for updates.

For paid subscriptions, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase or renewal. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, contact leopeogames@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
